Step 9: Create Password
Set a new strong password (must include numbers, English letters, and special characters, e.g., 12345689A@a or "12565689C@d"). Confirm it.
Step 10: Set Security Question
Choose a security question and type its answer. Save or remember this for future use.
Step 11: Note Confirmation
After submission, you will be registered. Use your PAN and new password to log in.

After login, use the menu dropdown:- For Payslip/Form-16: Select "Payslip/Form-16" and choose the year.
- For Promotion/Posting: Select "Service Record" or "Promotion Status".
- For Grievance: Select "Grievance Redressal" and enter reference number.
- Enter Details
Provide year (for payslips), reference number (for grievances), or other required info like DOE. - View Status
